Christine L Have tried a number of Douche products with differing bulb size and shaft length with limited success. However, this model has proved far superior, reaching the parts others seem no to. Perhaps its the rippled effect, possibly bulb size allowing a firmer and more consistent discharge into the orifice.
Whatever, I would recommend anyone to add this to their 'getting ready' armoury.
